Recital Dates and Time Breakdown

Thursday, June 3, 2010:

Full dress rehearsal for Shows A, B, and C. Please arrive dressed and ready. When you arrive, ALL DANCERS will go backstage immediately. NO DANCERS will be seated in the audience. Once your dancer has finished all rehearsals, you are welcome to go home.

Show A: 5:30-6:30 Ronald Reagan High School Theatre

Show B: 6:45-7:45 Ronald Reagan High School Theatre

Show C: 8:00-9:00 Ronald Reagan High School Theatre

Friday, June 4, 2010:

Full dress rehearsal for Shows D, E, and F. Please arrive dressed and ready. When you arrive, ALL DANCERS will go backstage immediately. NO DANCERS will be seated in the audience. Once your dancer has finished all rehearsals, you are welcome to go home.

Show D: 5:30-6:30 Ronald Reagan High School Theatre

Show E: 6:45-7:45 Ronald Reagan High School Theatre

Show F: 8:00-9:00 Ronald Reagan High School Theatre

Saturday, June 5, 2010:

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your assigned show, fully dressed, with hair and make up finished. For dancers with multiple numbers, please bring your costumes with appropriate hangers and bags to ensure costume safety. All dancers will be backstage for the duration of the assigned shows, and can be picked up at the end of the show. We are trying to avoid excessive movement during the show, as it interferes with other’s enjoyment, as well as the professional video. There will be a video feed for dancer’s watching entertainment backstage.

Show B: 11:30-12:45 Ronald Reagan High School Theatre

Show C: 1:30- 2:45 Ronald Reagan High School Theatre

Show D: 3:30- 4:45 Ronald Reagan High School Theatre

Show E: 5:30- 6:45 Ronald Reagan High School Theatre

Show F: 7:30- 8:45 Ronald Reagan High School Theatre
